Dopo aver esaminato la tua registrazione e se abbiamo un posto disponibile, riceverai un’e-mail di conferma con i dettagli del pagamento.
Se non abbiamo un posto disponibile, verrai aggiunto alla lista d’attesa. Questo può accadere se il pass che hai richiesto è pieno o se c’è un grande squilibrio tra leader e followers al Festival.
Non effettueremo alcun rimborso né accetteremo la tua richiesta perché hai già acquistato i biglietti di viaggio o prenotato l’alloggio. Non acquistare nulla finché la tua richiesta non viene accettata.
Se non abbiamo ricevuto il pagamento entro 5 giorni dalla ricezione della conferma, la tua iscrizione può essere annullata in modo che altre persone abbiano la possibilità di partecipare all’evento.
La tua registrazione non sarà definitiva finché non avremo ricevuto il pagamento e, se ti sei registrato in coppia, entrambi i pagamenti.
Se hai un posto perché ti sei iscritto in coppia, sarà assicurato solo se il tuo partner si è registrato e pagato. Se il tuo partner annulla il workshop, dovrai trovarne un altro per mantenere il tuo posto.
Dopo l’iscrizione al Full Pass, non puoi passare al Party Pass. Se vuoi cambiare il tuo pass devi trovare una persona che copra il tuo posto nel tipo di pass che hai già comprato.
Se annulli la tua partecipazione al Festival per qualsiasi motivo, non possiamo rimborsarti in nessun caso.
Puoi vendere il tuo pass a una terza persona (dello stesso livello e ruolo) allo stesso prezzo e comunicarcelo.
Dall’organizzazione possiamo aiutare in tale compito, ma non siamo responsabili della vendita o meno.
Vogliamo che il Festival sia un evento divertente, confortevole e sicuro per tutti. Quindi non tollereremo in alcun modo molestie, se ti comporti in modo inappropriato ti chiederemo di andartene senza alcun rimborso.
La registrazione dei contenuti delle lezioni e degli abstract richiede l’approvazione dei docenti.
Durante l’evento l’organizzazione realizzerà fotografie e video per promuovere le future edizioni del festival Rétro.
Registrandoti, ci autorizzi a utilizzare queste immagini per questo scopo nei social network.
Rétro festival non è responsabile per incidenti e/o lesioni o per oggetti personali smarriti o rubati durante l’evento.
Gli organizzatori del Retro festival 2023 non si assumono alcuna responsabilità per eventuali cancellazioni degli istruttori o dei membri della band a causa di malattia o qualsiasi altro motivo.
•Gli organizzatori del Rétro Festival 2023 si riservano il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma prima e/o durante il Rétro Festival 2023.
• Gli organizzatori del Rétro festival 2023 si riservano il diritto di modificare la sede dell’evento senza preavviso.
• Gli organizzatori del Rétro festival 2023 si riservano il diritto di utilizzare le fotografie e i video realizzati durante l’Evento per motivi promozionali.

Terms & Conditions
Once we have reviewed your registration and if we have a place available, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details.
If we do not have a place available, you will be added to the waiting list. This can happen if the pass you have requested is full or if there is a great imbalance between leaders and followers at the Festival.
We will not make any refund or accept your request because you have already bought the travel tickets or booked accommodation. Do not buy anything until your request is accepted.
If we have not received payment within 5 days of receiving the confirmation, your registration can be canceled so that other people have the opportunity to participate in the event.
Your registration will not be final until we have received the payment, and if you registered as a couple, both payments.
If you got a place because you registered as a couple, it will only be insured if your partner has registered and paid. If your partner cancels the workshop you will need to find another to keep your place.
After enrolling in the Full Pass, you cannot switch to the Party Pass. If you want to change your pass you must find a person who covers your place in the type of pass you have already shared.
If you cancel your attendance at the Festival for any reason, we cannot refund your money in any case.
You can sell your pass to a third person (of the same level and role) for the same price. Let us know for proof.
From the organization we can help in that task but we are not responsible for selling it or not.
We want the Festival to be a fun, comfortable and safe event for everyone. So we will not tolerate harassment in any way, if you behave inappropriately, we will ask you to leave without any refund.
The recording of the contents of the classes and the abstracts requires the approval of the teachers.
During the event the organization will make photographs and videos to promote future editions of the Rétro festival
By registering, you give us permission to use these images for this purpose in social networks.
Rétro festival is not responsible for incidents and / or injuries or for personal items that are lost or stolen during the event.
Retro festival 2023 organizers do not take responsibility for any cancellation of the instructors or the band members due to illness or any other reason.
Rétro festival 2023 organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule before and/or during Rétro festival 2023.
Rétro festival 2023 organizers reserve the right to change the venues of the event without prior notice.
Rétro festival 2023 organizers reserve the right to use any photographs and videos taken during the Event for promotional reasons.
